To support Teachers in their own emotional wellbeing, Feeling Factor programs specifically for teachers seeks to provide them with life long tools to manage emotional challenges that come with their career, and of course also play out in their own families.  

Imagine fully understanding your own feelings to support self esteem, promote confidence, and shape your future according to your true self (not what you should do, peer pressure, expectations or in a fog of being lost)
